lib32go9-s390x-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (32bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32go9-s390x-cross
lib32go9-s390x-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32go9-s390x-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32go9-s390x-cross *
